For buyers outside Taiwan, we will strictly control the quality of our products when shipping them. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Unless there is an accident, please contact me to see if returns or exchanges are possible.

The following applies to Taiwanese buyers

If the goods are received intact and unopened, there is a seven-day appreciation period for online shopping, and returns can be made within seven days. Please bear the postage yourself.

If serious defects are found after unpacking, please contact me for returns or exchanges.
